I discovered Lifestyle Medicine when I was looking to optimise my own health and fitness. At the same time I was becoming increasingly dismayed by the growing burden of chronic disease in the world, with the knowledge that so much of this is preventable. This led me to become a certified Lifestyle Medicine physician.

We all want to enjoy good health in our lives for as long as possible so we can feel our best and be able to do all of the things we want to do. How do we achieve this? There is so much information out there about how to live a healthy life, but how do we know what to believe and how do we apply this to our own unique circumstances?

I will be an active partner in your health journey, spending time to listen and work with you to clarify your unique health vision.

I am an experienced doctor trained in the medical specialty of Lifestyle Medicine, which uses evidence-based recommendations to prevent, treat and in some cases reverse long-term diseases.
